CANCELLATION POLICY 

1. If you wish to cancel your paragliding flight booking, you must inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled flight time.

2. If you cancel your booking at least 48 hours in advance, we will refund 100% of the amount paid for the booking.

3. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the scheduled flight time, we will refund 50% of the amount paid for the booking.

4. If you fail to show up for your scheduled flight, or if you arrive late and miss your scheduled flight, there will be no refund.

5. In case of cancellation due to unfavorable weather conditions or any other reasons beyond our control, we will provide you with the option of rescheduling the flight or receiving a full refund.

6. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days after the cancellation.
